Cancellation Policy

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any services offered by Strength Training & Recovery Service, LLC ("STARS"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable policies, waivers, and agreements provided by STARS. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit that session. Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases, memberships, training packages, and services are non-refundable. STARS may, at its sole discretion, issue credits or exceptions in extraordinary circumstances. Membership fees, packages, and recurring payments are due according to the selected membership agreement. Payments are processed automatically through the client's authorized payment method. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. STARS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises. Recovery services, including assisted stretching, mobility work, and related services, are intended for wellness purposes only and are not medical treatment. Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. By signing the Membership Agreement or participating in any STARS service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
